Dear Sir or Madam,
My 2 sisters, my daughter, and myself visited one of your stores in Onatario California on Miliken street. We couldn’t help but notice the store Supervisor Mrs. Guzman staring at us as if we didnt belong. Nevertheless, we bought a few items, but we were shopping for a fathers day gift. We left the store and a little while later we were pulled over by 4 Ontario Police cars with 6 officers in them. They stated that there was a 911 call stating we were using counterfit bills to pay for our items. Thats very interesting because we only had credit cards and not cash. We were never offered an apology by the Onatario Police department but more, no one apologized from your staple store. I’m so angry at how Racism keeps raising it head.

Hi, Sofia, (Staples customer service technician)
The computer was delivered on 25 June 2018 (or the 26th?). It was due to me on 03 July 2018, and I request a return on 10 July 2018. Have I had the computer 14 days, per Staples limitation?
Dealing with your sub-contractor (Joy Systems, a refurbisher, not a manufacturer) has been unsatisfactory (they sent the wrong CD drive to replace the faulty one in the computer sent to me).
If this is your final solution, my purchases with Staples will be greatly curtailed from now on.

The staff in your Harrisburg PA makes too many costly errors. In my experiences they have always been in my favor. In the past I have told them about the errors and they don’t attempt to correct them. I have even called your customer support number and advised them of the errors and they did not seem to care.. The latest error was a whopper of over $700.00 in my favor. I am glad I don’t own stock in Staples.. Please have your district manager contact me. I will not attempt again to correct the error if I am not contacted.
I want to talk to someone who might care about the success of Stapes.
