We are scheduled for a Tesla 3 pickup tomorrow, Saturday, July 20. However, despite requests going back 3 days, we have not received an amount due at delivery, so we cannot get a cashiers check and the bank is almost closed. If we get that amount, we could probably get the cashiers check tomorrow morning, but we have planned to go up to Seattle by train- 4 in the party. Our contact person is Acacia McAlister, in Las Vegas. She had written me this morning she was turning this over to a supervisor but no word from that person either. My ex picked up her Model 3 Tuesday, but did not receive the amount until the last hr of the day before. What is going on with Tesla, delivery service? This has nearly ruined my experience with this company. And if not fixed by tomorrow morning, I will be forced to cancel that pickup and I will be contacting Tesla headquarters, and if not satisfied, social media!!! I’m really upset.
